Fishing Clinics

In collaboration with the Walleyes for Tomorrow-Green Lake Chapter, children between the ages of 4 and 16 learn the basic knowledge needed to begin fishing and the importance of clean water for good fishing. Mini lectures, demonstrations, and activities take place in a station format to maximize learning experiences. Local anglers share their knowledge and wisdom about topics such as water safety, fishing regulations and ethics, fish identification, tackle assembly and bait types, knot tying, casting hooking and landing the catch.

Expand upon the ice fishing outing.
