Jen Kaiser, Executive Director
Jen graduated from UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science in geography (emphasis in urban planning) and a minor in environmental studies. Jen began her career working as an intern for Menomonee Valley Partners and Wauwatosa Development Corporation, non-profits which focus on development issues in Milwaukee. Later she worked for the Milwaukee Riverkeeper, a river advocacy organization, and the American Cancer Society. Her professional experiences include income, program, and membership development, event planning, volunteer management, and community outreach. Jen began working part-time for the GLA in 2007 as its Member Outreach Manager. In March of 2010, she came on board as its part-time Executive Director.
In her free time, Jen enjoys doing anything outdoors including kayaking, fishing, biking, and hiking. She also serves on the Governing Board of the Green Lake Global and Environmental Academy and is taking graduate courses in public administration at UW-Oshkosh.

Eric Evensen, Clean Boats, Clean Waters Coordinator
Eric currently attends the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point where he is pursuing Bachelor of Science degrees in biology and fisheries. He was born and raised in Ripon, WI and graduated from Ripon High School. His family has a cottage in the Eagle River area where he has enjoyed spending the summer months for many years. He has a passion for the outdoors, especially fish and fishing. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing and snowboarding.
Eric was selected in April, 2010 to implement our new Clean Boats, Clean Waters (CBCW) program on Green Lake throughout the summer. He was also our 2007 scholarship recipient.

Ainsley Rubbert, Outreach Coordinator
Ainsley is a 2008 University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism. She grew up in Winneconne, WI and graduated from Winneconne High School. She currently lives in Oshkosh, WI. Ainsley brings with her a strong background in writing and communications, as well as experience in marketing, graphic design, and non-profit work.
In her spare time, Ainsley enjoys reading, gardening, and has a growing interest in outdoor activities such as biking, running, and fishing.

Clean Boats, Clean Waters Aquatic Invasive Species Educators
The following eight individuals have been selected to implement our Clean Boats, Clean Waters program for the summer. The educators will visit various boat launches on Green Lake, educating boaters about invasive species and collecting data for the Wisconsin DNR. The team includes Ripon, Green Lake, and Markesan High School graduates Alic Watts, Ashley Himebaugh, Erik Folker, Kelly and Frankie Helbach, and Brice Terbeest. In addition, the following team members are current Ripon and Green Lake High School students Laramie Kegler and Ashley Zahnow.
