Nancy Hill and Jen Kaiser
Nancy Hill, Executive Director
Nancy is a part-time administrator, who helps carry out GLA's mission statement in ways determined by the Board, while also over seeing its daily affairs.
Education: BA, University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, major in Anthropology, minor in Women’s Studies.
Occupation: GLA Executive Director ~1998-2008

Jen Kaiser, Office Manager
Jen Kaiser graduated from UW-Whitewater with a BS in Geography (emphasis in Urban Planning) and a minor in Biology. She has held internships with Menomonee Valley Partners and Wauwatosa Development Corporation, non-profits which focus on development issues in the Milwaukee area. Having enjoyed working for non-profits, she began her career working with Friends of Milwaukee's Rivers, a river advocacy organization, and later the American Cancer Society. Her responsibilities ranged from event planning and membership development and communication to office management duties. Jen and her family relocated to Green Lake in 2006, and she began working part-time for GLA in 2007.
In her free time, Jen enjoys doing anything outdoors including kayaking, fishing, biking, and hiking.
